a student, a technician and two apprentices are currently part of mrm². our current trainees are being trained in the following areas: product design, mechatronics and software development. nevertheless, they all work together on the same projects. each individual is trained and supervised by their personal trainer or project manager according to the curriculum. as a training company, it is particularly important to us that learning can take place in all areas, that each individual has a lot of fun and also contributes to the company with commitment and new ideas. above all, working on real projects is very motivating and prepares the young automation people perfectly for real working life.
