for us, this is simply a matter of course, and yet we are proud to have now been recognized as a “partner of the fire department.” mayor sven kneipp rewarded our managing directors with the “partner of the fire department” award. this award is given to companies that allow employees to take time off during working hours to respond to an emergency call. even though we think this is part of our social responsibility, we are delighted that it is being recognized in such a wonderful way. however, we could not have achieved this award without the dedication of our colleagues. for it is they who volunteer to help, rescue, extinguish fires, recover property, and protect others. a heartfelt thank you, therefore, to everyone who, through their efforts, makes a valuable contribution to the community.
