our employees were able to register as potential stem cell donors during a registration campaign organized by the dkms, short for german bone marrow donor center, in our offices. a swab of the cheek mucosa is taken with cotton swabs and sent to the laboratory. it is then entered into the database for stem cell donors. a stem cell donation may save the life of a person suffering from leukemia | blood cancer. it's great that some of our employees took part. we are helping to defeat blood cancer.
